Reformatting images according to journal specifications can occasionally make the figures unsuitable for your purposes. We offer a two-round service for precisely this reason. In the first round, we prepare the artwork according to the journal specifications. We then send the files to you for you to check whether they fit your requirements as well. If you need any changes made, you can resend the files along with your instructions within 30 days, and we reconcile the differences.
