Steven Ward is a full-time university lecturer and has extensive experience delivering training on topics related to writing and publishing research papers.

Mriganka Awati has a master’s degree in biochemistry and has several years of experience in academic editing and training.

Karin completed her doctorate in Biological Sciences at the University of São Paulo (USP, Brazil). She has worked as a postdoctoral researcher for 6 years in the USP, Natural History Museum of London (UK), and Federal University of Paraná (Brazil). Karin understands the challenges faced by Brazilian researchers when writing their manuscripts in English, attending international academic events, and properly conducting their research.

With a PhD in medical physiology from McGill University (Montreal, Canada; credited with the first published primate skin and hand transplants), specialization in central and peripheral neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and electrophysiology...

Roohi Ghosh has over 9 years of experience in scientific communication as a trainer to manuscript editors and a teacher of scientific writing. She drives the researcher training initiatives at Editage and has conducted workshops and webinars on various topics for researchers worldwide.

Mary Nishikawa has worked at the Medical Tribune, Inc. in Tokyo, as project manager, medical editor and writer, and foreign news analyst. She is now science editor and trainer for academic communications at Cactus K.K and conducts author workshops and webinars on manuscript writing and publication strategy.

Dr Elizabeth (Liz) Wager is a freelance medical writer, editor, trainer, and publications consultant. She has run training courses for doctors, journal editors and medical writers on six continents (including courses in China, India, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Australia, the USA and all around Europe). She has also conducted several training programs for Editage in Japan and Korea.
