How can you use the Editage Quality Guarantee?
- Write an email to , briefly explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction. You can also fill out the job feedback form from your Editage online account.
- Provide examples wherever possible.
- Make sure you attach the relevant files to your email (for example, in case your paper has been rejected by the journal due to poor language quality, please attach the version of the paper you submitted to the journal as well as the detailed journal editor/reviewer comments).
Eligibility Criteria:
PREMIUM EDITING SERVICE
- Submit the revised document for subsequent rounds within 365 days of the delivery date of the original document.
- The revisions in the document should amount to less than 50%.
- The word count of the revised document should not exceed that of the original by more than 20%.
ADVANCED EDITING SERVICE
- The revised document should not be significantly different from the original one; revisions should amount to less than 50%.
- The entire revised document (and not parts of it) should be submitted for MRE so that the editor can check the revisions within the context of the entire document.
- Editing Option: You can instruct the editor to either :
a) edit the entire manuscript, or
b) edit only the revised parts but make necessary changes to the rest of the manuscript.

What does re-editing support mean?
- Editage offers re-editing support as an optional service to authors to ensure that their documents are completely ready for submission. Re-editing support is offered as part of both our standard and premium editing services. Under re-editing support, you can come back to us as many times as you wish to receive a polished final document that suits your exact requirements. Please note that under Advanced Editing, re-editing support is eligible for a 40% discount, whereas under Premium Editing, re-editing support is free (except in cases where the manuscripts have been heavily re-written or new sections have been added).
How should customers measure the percentage of revision when submitting an MRE?
