Payment options & Process

 

At Editage our multiple payment options offer our customers the flexibility to avail of our services easily and safely–anywhere and anytime. We offer customers the option to make payments by Credit Card/Paypal and Wire Transfer. You can change your preferred method of payment at any time by logging into Editage’s online job management system to which you will be given a username and password.

Credit Card / Paypal

We accept Visa , Master Card , American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Our completely secure payment gateway is VeriSign–enabled.

Wire Transfer

You can make payments directly into our bank account. We recommend this route for medium to high–value transactions.

Payment Process:

Invoices

After your document has been edited and delivered, Editage will generate an e–Invoice which you can download from the Online Job Management System. You can access and change details on the invoice by using the "Change Preferences" option under Invoices in the Payments Section of the online system. You have the option of printing this Invoice from the online system.

Payment confirmation

After making the payment you will receive a confirmation from Paypal (if the chosen option) and Cactus Communications within 3 business days. Within these 3 days the Online Job Management System will reflect your payment as complete.
