Below is a list of suggestions/recommendations from our Quality team that will help you make the most of our service. We do not turn down an editing request if any of these suggestions are not accepted.)

When submitting your document for editing…

1.	Ensure (if possible) that your document is complete in terms of content. (If it is not complete, we strongly recommend that you plan to use our discounted Two-round Editing service. However, you do not need to inform us of this beforehand
2.	Send complete instructions.
3.	Ask us for a certificate of editing if you are planning to submit your paper to a journal.

After you receive your edited document…

1.	Read and incorporate the suggestions in our Editor’s Notes file.
2.	Contact us if you have any questions about these notes or about the edits in your paper.
3.	Use our discounted Two-round Editing service if you need to make more changes to the paper before submitting it.
4.	Submit the certificate of editing to your journal, along with the completed file.
