Q: Are there any tips on how to respond to positive feedback from peer reviewers?
I have received feedback from peer review, and amongst the feedback, are statements where the reviewers have agreed with points we have made or commended the argument. I am aware I need to respond to each point of feedback, but I am unsure how to respond to these positive comments! Do I say thank you?
LOL! You seem to have the opposite ‘problem’ of that faced by most authors. :-) Which is why, although you seem to have posted the same query twice, and we usually suppress duplicate questions, we are letting this one be. Because researchers don’t often get to hear good things from peer reviews (and don’t say too many good things in return). Also because we shall respond with a bit more reserve to the other query. :-)
