Q: Can I accumulate the results of two papers in a third paper and publish it in a third journal?

Detailed Question -

I had published a part of my work in one journal and the other part in another journal. The languages of these journals are different. Now, I want to accumulate all the results in a third paper in a third journal. Can I do it?
