The title of an article is important not only because it represents the summary of the paper, but also because electronic search engines or databases use words of the title. A good research paper title is usually typically 10–12 words long, and accurately highlights the core content of the paper by using descriptive terms.
Considering the above-mentioned criteria, option number 2 might be a preferred over the other two options you have suggested. However, a language edit would be required to improve the title.
