Aarthi Soundararajan holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and currently manages the Centers of Excellence for Materials Science and Chemistry at Editage. Aarthi has rich experience in editing and has edited more than 1,000 papers across various disciplines in chemistry and materials science and has trained several junior editors.

Aarthi has coached and guided researchers to enhance their manuscript structure, flow, and content, to make them submission-ready. She has also worked as a research associate (basic drug research) with a leading pharmaceutical firm, where she was part of a team involved in the development of DPP-IV inhibitors. In addition to this, she also has coaching experience and was deeply involved in mentoring students at the undergraduate level in physical chemistry and analytical chemistry.
