Q: How long does a revised paper remain at the status 'Required reviews completed'?

There’s no fixed timeline really, but given the time of the year (just after the holiday season), the status may remain so for at least two or three weeks, if not more (in case it switched to the present status just before the holidays gone by). Also, once the peer reviews are completed, the Associate/Managing Editor (AE/ME) will go through the reviewers’ comments and form their own evaluation of the paper. They may share this with the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) in case they need a second opinion and then share the next action/decision with you. So, it will probably be longer until you hear from them next. So, if it’s been a while, you may wish to send them a mail seeking an update.
