Q: How long does it take for a paper to receive a decision post-review?

Detailed Question -

I submitted a paper on 9th Feb, 2021. According to the online status of the paper, it has gone from "awaiting ME's decision" through "awaiting review score" to "awaiting EE's recommendation". It was on July that my MS status changed to "awaiting EE's recommendation". I haven't received any update after that. I have written to the journal asking for a definite time frame, but received a somewhat vague " as soon as possible". Normally, how long does it take post-review to receive the editor's decision?
