Q: How long should I wait for a decision after the second round of peer review?
My paper received an Accept with Major Revisions decision last November. I submitted the revised version, and it was sent for a second round of peer review. On January 5th I found the status was shown as “reviews completed”, but there is no change after that for more than 1 month. How should I interpret this?

The current status indicates that the paper has gone through a second round of peer review and is awaiting the editor's final evaluation and decision. While 45 days is not especially long for this stage, the process usually moves faster after the second revision.
