Q: I completed the course but didn't receive the certificate. Please help.

Hello. Thanks for getting in touch. We understand this is a course from Editage. However, please note that the erstwhile training platform is now known as R Upskill. As per the FAQs section for Certificates on R Upskill here, you should receive the certificate by mail. So, you could check your Spam / Junk folder in case it was delivered there. If not, you may submit a ticket in the Contact & Support section on R Upskill here. In the meantime, we shall also share your query internally and get back to you here.
