Q: What does it mean when after revision submission the paper's statut changed from Decision pending to out for review in the same day?

I had 3 reviewers, two with minor reviion and one with major revision and I answer all the comments

Thank you dear Sumalatha Gangadhar,

I submitt the revision version on 10 Jully, on the 13th the statut changed to with editor and out for review in the same day. Since 17 Jully, the statut has be changed to decision pending and out for review in the same day too.?!!!!!
