Q: Will a typo in my revised manuscript lead to rejection?

If this is the only error in your manuscript, the typo may not be significant enough to lead to rejection, but the outcome also depends on other factors. The best possible way to deal with this situation, perhaps, is to directly approach the editor via email and inform them about the error. Let them know that you are aware of the mistake and wish to correct it as soon as possible.
