If the submitted manuscript is based on the findings of an article in press or if such an article is cited in support of current findings, a copy of the article should be uploaded along with the submitted manuscript.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 128);\">EDITORIAL POLICIES AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manuscripts need to be uploaded online at <a href=\"http:\/\/mc.manuscriptcentral.com\/epirev\">http:\/\/mc.manuscriptcentral.com\/epirev<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manuscripts must be submitted in a double-spaced, blinded format, with pages numbered. When uploading the manuscript to the website, any text reference to the paper\u2019s authors, affiliations, and acknowledgments should be deleted. Manuscripts without page numbers will be returned immediately to the author.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If a questionnaire has been used in the study, it should preferably be made available online.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The submission of multipart reviews is discouraged.
