As a researcher, I haven\u2019t found it easy to cope with anxiety, depression, fear, and stress, especially when I am all alone, surrounded by four walls and panic scrolling through my social media feeds.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">I can\u2019t be the only one! <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"color: black;\">The second wave, third wave, exams, writing papers, searching for relevant journals to submit papers, lab work and <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">attending classes\u2014there\u2019s too much happening all at once.<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">We need to sit back and relax!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"color: black;\">When there was no one with whom I could share my concerns and ask for help, I stumbled upon these amazing podcasts for researchers, which helped me overcome my anxiety.
