It\u2019s a lot for researchers to keep track of, but luckily services like Altmetric make it easy!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-d4afa3c2-2de5-8a4f-c1f4-03634fbbe6bc\">Scholars are increasingly getting credit for creating and sharing their research in formats beyond the journal article.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-d4afa3c2-2de5-8a4f-c1f4-03634fbbe6bc\">We\u2019ll teach you how to use Altmetric to track the attention that <\/span>all your work receives online.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-d4afa3c2-2de5-8a4f-c1f4-03634fbbe6bc\">We\u2019ll also share examples of ways that other researchers have used this data for career advancement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">This session will be led by <strong>Stacy Konkiel<\/strong>, the research metric consultant at Altmetric.\u00a0At Altmetric, she studies incentives systems in academia, research metrics, and disciplinary attitudes towards the idea of \u201cimpact.\u201d Since 2008, she has worked at the intersection of Open Science, research impact metrics, and academic library services.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">To know more details and to register for this event, click <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cc.readytalk.com\/r\/s2udc6nuvyr7&amp;eom\"><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\">here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.
