Terms and Conditions
- We bill all our customers in USD and Euro only, other currency price are for indicative purpose only.
- We charge on actual word count only, so no fixed or minimum charges.
- Documents received as PDF files, PPT files, LaTeX / TeX files, and image files are charged at a premium of 15%.
- For PDF edits we require one additional day over our normal TAT (selected TAT + 1 day) for documents up to 4999 words and two days (selected TAT + 2 days)for documents greater than 4999 words. This is typically the case because edits made on PDF tend to be untidy as they are handwritten and hence require more time.
- Also, our Premium Editing service (PES) requires heavy editing; thus, we do not offer this service for PDF and TeX/LaTeX file formats. This is primarily because the edits made in these formats will be difficult to view and are best done in Word format.
