Post-acceptance support (available if your manuscript is accepted by the journal)

Once your paper has been accepted by the journal, you are faced with the challenge of responding to the journal reviewers’ comments using clear, convincing, and polite language that will help your manuscript get passed in one revision.

Through our Post–acceptance support service component, we

• Check your responses to journal reviewers’ comments and edit them so that the language, style, and tone used are appropriate
• Check your revised manuscript to ensure that all reviewer comments have been satisfactorily incorporated
• Ensure that the language in your final paper is ready for publication
• Provide you with a suitable cover letter
• Submit your responses, revised paper, and cover letter to the journal

Resubmission support (if your manuscript is rejected)

If, unfortunately, your manuscript is rejected by the journal, our Resubmission support service component gives you another chance at publication success as we will submit your manuscript to one other journal of your choice, free of cost.
Through our Resubmission support service component, we

• Format your manuscript according to the guidelines of the new journal you choose.
• Provide you with a new cover letter.
• Submit your paper to the new journal, track its progress, and advise you on the next steps.

• Free resubmission support is available only once under the Platinum or Gold package.
• Free resubmission does not include Artwork Preparation. This service, if required, will be provided at a discounted rate.
