The Editage Quality Guarantee applies to every document edited by us, regardless of service, deadline, or fees.
 

To avail of our guarantee

1. Mail our Quality Team at customercare@editage.com and tell us why you are not satisfied.
2. Send us the relevant files/data.
 
If the journal has rejected the paper based on the quality of English…
 
Mail us at customercare@editage.com with
a. the comments by the journal referee
b. your comments
c. the final document that you submitted to the journal
 
 
 
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of English…
 
Mail us at customercare@editage.com and
a. tell us why you are not happy with our service
b. give us a few examples of edits you were dissatisfied with (if possible)
 
 
 
How it works
 
When we receive a quality guarantee request:
 
1. The Managing Editor of our Quality team assesses the overall quality of the edited paper.
2. The Quality team conducts a quality check and evaluates the edited document in detail.
3. If the Quality team agrees with the journal’s/your assessment of the language quality, we offer you a re-edit, discount, or refund (depending on the findings).
