Q: How to write an email declining an invitation to submit my paper?
I was requested by an academic journal to publish my paper which was presented an international conference. However, my paper was already submitted to another journal and accepted. I am not sure how to decline this request. Please teach me how to write an English mail.

You can use this template to decline the invitation to submit your paper:
Dear Mr./Ms./Dr. [Editor's name],
Thank you for your invitation to submit my manuscript titled [Insert manuscript title] to your journal. However, I am sorry to inform you that the manuscript has already been accepted for pulication by [Insert name of journal that has accepted].
However, I would definitely look forward to publishing with your journal in the future.
