My paper has been accepted without revisions after a second round of peer review. I have noticed a couple of very minor corrections that need to be made with regard to missing citation details. Should I bring these up now or just wait for the copy editing phase?

Since the paper has already been accepted, and even the peer reviewers did not notice these errors, I think they must be very minor. In that case, you can wait till the copy editing phase for the corrections. Such minor errors are usually corrected during this stage. You can check if they have been corrected once you receive the page proofs.
However, if you feel nervous about it, there is no harm in writing to the editor and informing him about these errors.
