- Role description
As a Senior Associate Editor, you will, in addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of an Associate Editor, be involved in mentoring newer editors and adding value to their work by critically evaluating their edits. - Candidate requisites
Interested candidates must have excellent written-English skills. They must be comfortable with editing documents of various types—journal articles, presentations, speeches, reviews, theses, etc.—under tight deadlines. In addition, Senior Associate Editors are expected to mentor and train junior editors, provide periodic feedback, and monitor their progress.

Associate Editor

As an Associate Editor, you will be primarily responsible for editing manuscripts to make them ready for publication. This involves ensuring that a document is grammatically correct, logical, well structured, and coherent. From time to time, you may also be required to comment on the content of manuscripts. - Candidate requisites

Medical Writer/Scientific Writer
- Job Description:
Main responsibilities will involve writing scientific manuscripts from raw data and creating slide kits, product monographs, newsletters, conference/exhibit materials, and posters for therapeutic area conferences. You may also be required to prepare clinical study reports in conformance with ICH and other guidelines; safety and efficacy reports; investigator brochures; protocols; and other regulatory clinical documents. - Desired Profile:
A degree in medicine or life sciences (MBBS, MD, MS, PhD) and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare or medical communications setup are a must. Candidates applying for this position must possess excellent data interpretation skills, attention to detail, quality focus, and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required. - Experience:

Freelance Positions
Copyeditor
This role entails copyediting academic research papers written primarily by nonnative speakers of English. Subjects vary from medicine and the life sciences to engineering and the physical sciences, as well as the humanities. Edited documents should conform to native English standards, achieve consistency in the use of terminology, and be free of typographical errors and changes to the author's intended meaning. Reference to journal guidelines is necessary when requested. Restructuring and/or rewriting entire paragraphs is beyond the scope of this service.
