Bio

I wear many hats; those of a learner, trainer and mentor. I began popular science writing in the year 2017 with a book titled ‘Indian Science Transforming India’, published by Indian National Science Academy (INSA). As a part of the book writing process, I interviewed several eminent scientists and technology entrepreneurs. This experience provided me insights on various backstories that shape innovations and advancements in science. I could understand both people and science in a better way. I am interested in covering stories and issues that offer scope of investigating and analysing in depth the science-society interface. I am actively working towards capacity building of diverse professionals ranging from school teachers to UG, PG faculties, scientists, researchers, industry. I am a peoples’ person who is always excited to navigate the sea of their life journeys to discover the precious pearls of wisdom. As a communicator, I strive to report these broader perceptions to the education and research community. I discovered that Editage insights is an all-inclusive platform and safe space for expression of thoughts and ideas. I hope to connect with researchers and scientific community in a meaningful way through this platform.
