Claudia González

Bio

Clau is currently burdened with the glorious purpose of earning a PhD! Her research interests lie somewhere between "why do organizations function when the people within them are so weird and imperfect" and "how can we create organizations that function for the people within them, in all their weird and imperfect glory?" She is also a full-time analyst at NIH where she enjoys the challenges of bringing research into practice. When not pondering the nature of the social world, Clau likes to explore: neighborhoods, cities, nature, her own soul. She is a fan of all things sci-fi and you can often find her discussing fútbol with her husband and serving her overlord, a fifteen year old cat named Ann.
