Dr. Vinod Dumblekar is an MBA and has a PhD in Management Psychology. He is the founder of MANTIS, which designs, develops, and conducts business simulation games as learning experiences for career managers and post-graduate management students. He has taught management strategy, entrepreneurship, accounting and finance, and managerial effectiveness. He has been a researcher for over two decades in learning, simulation games, and finance.
