BSc (Hons), Materials Science; MSc (ICT in Education); MSc (Technology Enhanced Learning, Innovation and Change); PhD (Education) After completing my PhD (Thesis: A sociomaterial analysis of teachers' professional learning with Twitter - http://shura.shu.ac.uk/24081/), and despite looking forward to joining my friends in retirement, I'm currently supporting two fascinating research projects here at Sheffield Hallam University. One project is exploring how teachers of English in primary schools visualise literacy data differently, and the second is seeking to improve arithmetic fluency using a tablet-based game with Y3 pupils. I enjoy running (increasingly slowly), cycling (increasingly slowly) and cooking (nothing wrong with slow cooking!).
