  • Operational Definition: The level of engagement will be determined using attendance hours, frequency of participation in the session, and a questionnaire survey to check the score on an engagement scale. 

Job Satisfaction 

  • Conceptual Definition: Job satisfaction is how content and fulfilled employees feel in their role within the organization.
