Dr Raheem Salako Olalekan hails from western Nigeria, but is currently based in northern Nigeria where he follows his passion of teaching as a primary instructor in the field of public administration. He has been doing this over the decade. Dr Salako is a contemporary qualitative methods researcher with significant experience in grounded theory study and has made significant contributions to the theory and practice of Islamic management. He has won the NYSC State Honours Award and several national and state recognitions for his tireless community development service. He has also trained scores of graduates who subsequently stand out in exceptional knowledge and skills for their proficient service across private and public sectors.
