Dr. Swati Mankad completed her PhD in the area of Leadership Communication from SNDT Women’s College, Mumbai, India. She has taught Business Communication to trainees at various levels including students of Business Administration. She is always looking at new ways to constantly keep learning and add depth to her knowledge.
