Q: An error message appears on the homepage after submission
Detailed Question -
After submitting a paper to the SCOPUS journal, I received an email asking me to wait. After about a month, when I checked the homepage, there was no information about the homepage, and only an error message was displayed for several days. In this case, I wonder if I should request a withdrawal.
