My paper has been accepted, but I found one reference cited on Discussion was wrong. Can I correct the reference at page proof stage? There is no change for the contents.

Answer:

Journals generally do not encourage content or language level corrections at the page proof stage as revisions to material that has already been typset is rather expensive. However, most journals make allowances for minor alterations, especially, in case of a factual error. Since the change you wish to make is a minor one and is a factual error, you should correct it. I think you should make the change, but also write to the editor informing him about it.
