Q: Can I publish a book chapter as a single author based on findings from a published paper of my own but having co-authors?

1 Answer to this question

This is an interesting question. To publish or republish any findings of a collaborative project, all the co-authors must provide their consent. Therefore, for any data taken from a published paper and included in a book chapter, convey the same to the co-authors. Once they’ve given their consent, you can include their names under Acknowledgement.
