I have a long and varied career at the interface of publishing and technology, where I learned to be user- and problem-led, rather than seeing how some cool new tech can be leveraged into a product offering. I'm now an evangelist for user-centered product and solution design, ideally delivered in the spirit, if not the letter, of Agile. I'm also increasingly convinced of the potential power of the subscription economy to transform staid and mature markets.
