Bio
George Azubuike or Rex, as he prefers to be called, is a professional content designer, creator and developer with expertise in business and project modelling. He pursued a master’s degree in Information Tech, focusing on big data and analytics. Rex co-founded an internationally catering digital consulting firm with his brother, where he now works as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer. He develops blueprints and prototypes, designs and builds digital content, and administrates web systems. He also works as the tech-head for their company-driven initiative to provide research and digital archival solutions in tertiary education. His experiences have led him to develop a growing understanding in the fields of education, technology and business. For his master's thesis, he explored the usage and benefits of big data and analytics in Nigeria and hopes to work more on this topic as a PhD fellow in the future. He is grounded, fluid and always learning. He writes often and maintains a monthly blog post. When he is not working, Rex is either playing chess with his elder brother or watching the HBO tech series “Silicon Valley” on repeat.
