How CrossRef reaches out to publishers globally
We are having an interesting discussion with Rachael Lammey, Product Manager at CrossRef. In the last three vignettes of our interview series with Rachael, we asked her to tell our viewers more about CrossRef, its products, and how they help different people involved in academic publishing. In this short snippet, Rachael talks about how CrossRef reaches out to authors and publishers across the globe. Initially, CrossRef was largely popular only in the US and the UK, but researchers and publishers from all parts of the globe are increasingly leaning towards the standardized citation linking system that CrossRef offers. The CrossRef outreach includes the US, the UK, and countries in Asia, Europe, and South America.
