Q: How to select journals for publishing my research?

Hi, I am new to the publishing world and do not know where to start. I recently became an HE lecturer and wish to get a paper published. I am completely new to this, and do not know how to find a journal once I have selected a topic. I need to select journals with an impact factor over 2 and my field is business management.
