Q: Are there any medicine journals that publish experimental studies?
I need a medicine-based journal which reviews the article fast and has a low rejection rate.
There are many medical/clinical based journals that publish basic and experimental studies. Since there are a lot of journals in this category, it would be difficult for us to provide you with a list. Moreover, it would be difficult to suggest journals without reviewing the quality and contents of your manuscript.
You can access NLM Catalog (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog) and Clarivate Analytics (http://mjl.clarivate.com/) to search for journals by subject area. On the Calrivate Analytics website, please search the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and Science Citation Index (SCI) for medical journals. You should then visit the individual journal websites and review the specific aims/scope of the journal. You should also take a look at the latest articles in the journal archives before deciding to submit.
Some journals published by Elsevier and Springer also have a quick turn-around time and a good rate of acceptance. However, note that the peer-review time and acceptance/rejection rates are not available for all journals; you would have to request the journal editor for such data.
