Q: Should journals deposit only final published version of paper to repository/database?

Three months ago, my paper was accepted in a reputed mathematics journal. The editor then asked me to send the .tex file of the paper in LATEX as per their journal's style and I sent the same. While the paper was waiting for online publication, I found some errors had been introduced in the article during the typesetting process. I immediately contacted the editor about this issue andhe corrected my paper and replaced old one by a new final version on their website. But they already had deposited previous version of my paper to open academic journals index(oaji.net). I requested them to replace that paper by new one in oaji.net also. Because online search displays the incorrect version deposited in oaji.net. Now I have been contacting the editor but receiving no response from the journal. Is it possible for journal to replace that previous version of paper by new final version in oaji.net? Is it my right? should I contact the editor one more time? Or is it normal? Please suggest me.
