Q: The status has been "with editor" for 2 months

Detailed Question -

Hello. I submitted a manuscript to a high index journal four months ago. After about a month the reviewers suggested minor revisions and rejection and subsequently the editor rejected the paper. We sent a rebuttal letter to the editor and showed that the reviewer's claims are not correct. Therefore, we were asked to resubmit the manuscript. I submitted the new version of the manuscript 2 months ago. The same editor was assigned as editor. The status of the manuscript is WİTH EDİTOR and has not been changed. What can I do in this situation?? Thank you
