Editage conducted a workshop in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer on “How to write a scientific paper.” The workshop was held on 11th November 2019 at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi.
Over 50+ participants, attended this workshop that was led by Editage trainer, Shane Rydquist, Content Head, Editage Research Communication Services.
Shayne Rydquist covered important information on how a scientific paper should be written and provided supplementary information on how a scientific paper is read, cited and valued.
In this workshop, Shayne spoke about how the IMRAD structure makes the sections within the scientific paper more comprehensive and readable. The other topics that were covered among the rest were ethical issues in biomedical publication and writing references.
The group activities, discussions, Q & A round helped our audience gain practical knowledge on writing a scientific paper.
