Bio
Aayati has been passionate about mental health from an early age, trying to understand what it means to live a meaningful life. Her personal experiences, along with conversations with mental health practitioners and teachers of mindfulness and well-being have kept her engaged with the question of what it means to live well. Her work at Editage Insights has led her to converse with and listen to researchers about their joys, struggles and motivations. Curious, Aayati has tried different methods in a bid to practice, and not just think about how to cultivate wellbeing. She completed her M.A. in Comparative Literature from the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad.
