Q: Can we publish paper from the work has been done few years back?
Someone raise this question today that if they had done thier thesis 2 to 3 years ago. but didn't publish any paper yet. now they want to publish one paper from thier Master thesis in order to apply for PhD degree. so can they use the same work?
