It would be difficult to suggest any journal without reading the entire manuscript. The quality and contents of the manuscript need to be assessed before suggesting any journal. You may see SSCI (Social Science Citation Index) journals on http://mjl.clarivate.com/ which will have impact factors or use https://journalfinder.elsevier.com/ from Elsevier to select journals. Since Scopus is an Elsevier database, you would find journals that are indexed in Scopus. 

For PubMed journals, you need to search by subject area. You can consider using the PubMed Advanced Search Builder for better results. Once you come up with a list of journals, go through their website to check the scope and target audience. If it seems to be a good match for your paper, check the website for the impact factor. Also, verify if the journal is there on the Clarivate Masterlist.

Alternatively, you can also consider using Editage's journal selection service if you want experts to shortlist a few target journals that are a perfect match for your paper in terms of scope, target audience, etc.
