Q: Can you recommend an SCI journal for my paper on genomic analysis?

My research topic is "genomic analysis". I think my topic is not excellent, however, I would like to publish it in an SCIE journal. It was just rejected by PLOS ONE. Is there any suitable journal? 

I have another manuscript. It is a colon cancer paper made by multicenter perspective and n is 60 people. However, data is not positive. Could you please recommend me any possible SCIE journal(over IF 3)?
