Q: Can you recommend an SCI journal for my paper on genomic analysis?
My research topic is "genomic analysis". I think my topic is not excellent, however, I would like to publish it in an SCIE journal. It was just rejected by PLOS ONE. Is there any suitable journal?
I have another manuscript. It is a colon cancer paper made by multicenter perspective and n is 60 people. However, data is not positive. Could you please recommend me any possible SCIE journal(over IF 3)?
According to your question, you have two manuscripts, one is focused on genomic analysis and another is a multicenter study of patients (n=60) with colon cancer. Considering both manuscripts are in different subject areas, I suggest you refer to published articles that are similar to your study. Published articles similar to your study can help you identify the journals for your manuscript. You can also refer to the reference list of your manuscript to identify journals that have published similar articles.
There are several biomedical journals that can be targeted for your manuscript. However, suggesting journals without understanding the research design, novelty, and scope of the results is difficult. You can refer to Springer Journal Suggester and Elsevier Journal Finder for narrowing down your search to a few potential journals. However, please note that these tools are only indicators of journals that have published articles in your subject area.
