Can anyone suggest some journals that publish non-empirical conceptual papers with propositions in the field of Organization Behavior/Human Resources?
This information is required for the submission of my manuscript as I am unable to find appropriate journals for it.
Organization Behavior and Human Resources is a wide area with several journals publishing empirical as well as non-empirical research. You can search journals using two or more key words that are specific to your study along with the term ‘non-empirical’ to identify journals that match the subject area of your manuscript. Alternatively, it is often a good practice to refer to the reference list of your manuscript or the reference list of a similar study that is already published. Make a list of the journals that these studies have been published in. This will help you to narrow down your search for suitable journals for your specific research topic.
Additionally, considering majority of journals that publish on Organization Behavior and Human Resources topics are indexed in Social Science Citation Index, it is also useful to browse the list to search appropriate journals.
