Q: Do I have to withdraw the paper?
Detailed Question -
I submitted a paper to a journal (using email, there is not online submission system) and i did not receive a confirmation email. I sent many time to the editor with no response. Finally, i sent emails to all editors and co-editors and finally received an email form the technical editor that they did not receive my paper. I would like to send the paper to another journal. Do i have to send email the editor to withdraw my paper or there is no need to do this as he said that they did not receive the paper. Thanks
