Q: How do I contact the editors of different journals in Obstetrics and Gynecology?
Is there a website? Is there an editors’ group?

Your question though is not entirely clear. We are not sure whether you wish to contact the editor of the journal named Obstetrics and Gynecology (published by Wolters Kluwer Health for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) or editors heading various journals in those fields.
If the former, you may visit the Obstetrics and Gynecology homepage here. You will need to scroll to the bottom and click the relevant link, such as ‘For Authors,’ ‘Submit an article,’ and ‘How to publish with us.’
If the latter, you will have to search the net for relevant journals. For now, you may check out the Wiley’s Obstetrics and Gynaecology hub here, which features several of their journals in the twin fields.
