About the speaker: Prof. Monika Sobocan | Medical doctor and Medical researcher

 

Prof. Monika Sobocan, MD is a medical researcher and educator at the University Medical Centre Maribor in Slovenia. With over five years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, she has published her work in high-impact journals and is passionate about improving medical education. Monika plays an active role in shaping tech-enhanced learning across Europe and is involved in various education committees. Her research focuses on preventative and predictive medicine, especially in oncology and women’s health. She has also been honored with a prestigious national fellowship for women in science in recognition of her contributions to the field.
